Anybody know why adding a host file entry in Win 7 x64 would not affect DNS lookup? Or better yet how do you change host file in Win 7 64?

@rustyswayne Did you restart DNS Client in services.msc? I've been told you have to do that for Hosts changes to take effect in 7 (untested)
